And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? One of my favorite dawg memories was of an Aussie / German Sheppard cross pup I picked up at the pound when he was just a few months old. We bonded before we even left the pound, which was one of the reasons I picked him. Anyway, when I'd lay down he'd climb up and lay next to me with his neck crossed over mine, Adam's apple to Adam's apple. He was a hoot.

Excellent batch today.
ReplyDeleteThose two old Jeeps on that mountain pass. I'd take either one of them. The pic of the sleeping Husky is great.
ReplyDeleteDid you notice the Husky is holding paws with his Pa?
DeleteI did now. My ol' girl used to do that to me when we were relaxing on the couch.
