Compatible with Lodge Cast Iron Skillet Pans

  1. I use those to keep the floating grease at a minimum. Using a lid makes the yolks on fried eggs creamy. Yes, I like over hard. I guess it steams them. Kinda gourmets breakfast.

  2. I use the Nordic Ware Dome Grill Lids if I need to cover a pan. Me & glass don't get along.

  3. I have one for my 12 incher but it has a black handle.
    Watch out for that steam hole, it'll blister your wrist.
    STxAR is right. The lid transforms the fry pan into an oven, eggs cook twice as fast.
