Well, looks like I picked up the Chinese Flu at the wedding.  Fever, sore throat, and a solidly positive test, and a lot of fatigue.

Looks like I'll be hanging out at home for at least a few days until it runs its course.

  7. Welcome to the club! I had no jabs, got it, symptoms lasted two days but tested positive for a week. Memsahib had three jabs, got it, symptoms lasted two weeks, tested positive for a further two weeks. Daughter ad one jab which made her ill for more than two weeks, then got it, symptoms for two weeks, tested positive for a further ten days. Take your pick but above all, take care.

  9. Sorry to hear that - wife and I had it at the same time - Ivermectin, Zinc, C, D3 and rest got us over it. Never got the "vaccine" so no comment there.

  11. Wife and I both caught it last September. She is jabbed and I am not. She recovered in about a week and it took me about 10 days. It's no fun - the worst for me was the fatigue - but on the the bright side I had no appetite and had to force myself to eat with the result I lost 30 pounds. Get well soon brother.

    1. Females tend to be government supporters, the "strongman" mindset. They follow orders from people in power. That's why FDR pushed for females getting the vote, as he knew more of them would support the Dems.

  15. Massive (2000mg/day Vit C and 1000IU D3/day) worked for me.

    1. At some point, doctors and researchers observed that people with a high level of D3 were not catching the Wuflu. With enough sun in a day, your body can create ~50,000 units on its own. However, MOST people have too low a level. I've seen recommendations to take at least 5k units/day. Apparently you can't take too much as a supplement, as the body flushes excess it doesn't use. Supposed to be the safest supplement available.

  16. I had the beginnings of a sore throat last week. On the 3rd day, as it worsened, I doubled my immune system supplementation and added 12mg of ivermectin. My sore throat actually cleared up in less than 2 hours. I continued that regimen for 2 more days and that was that. In this day it's borderline idiocy not to have a supply of ivermectin. It's cheap and it works.

  17. Do all these good things and consider it just a bit of "time off."

Brain Fog and weariness can pull one down. Recommend avoiding any serious decision-making, or if you have to do some get the better half to review what you are doing.

    Wishing you a swift recovery!

  21. Like MMinWA said, and wife and I take a tiny amount every Sat. for good measure.
Don't know what 12 mg looks like but we never take much on a piece of toast etc.
Have no desire for side effects I have read about!

  23. One J&J jab here months ago. One of my unjabbed kids got it 2 weeks prior (perfect incubation period according to the mendacious midget). Started with chest congestion, cough 14 June. Next day swollen tonsils, worse cough. By mid day 100F fever, headache, increased congestion. Positive test. Immediately began 2gr Vit X, lotsa D3, zinc, rest. day 3 continued low fever added 2 gr horse paste to the mix. this morning woke up still stuffy nose, no temperature, headache gone.
