And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I'd have to say it's more like the cult of Trump followers. Consider this, Trump was so bad , that over eighty million people were willing to vote for Biden
80 million? Remove the dead ones, the ones the dominion voting machines flipped from Trumpf, and the hundreds of thousands [millions?] of ballots muled in, and the real number is more like 30 million.
I like that little group that was at the lead, went off course (apparently) and had to wait till the rest of the group passed and then followed. The first shall be last and the last shall be first.
Almost 40 years ago I drove my loaded log truck through a herd about that same size that was being moved down a county road in Sierra Valley. As I approached the herd one of the sheep men climbed on the running board and said "Put it in your lowest gear and idle on through. They'll get out of your way."
And that's exactly what they did. It was a trip. Like driving in a dream.
The swarm of the future sweaters.

ReplyDeletejust noticed. MAYBE those were people who were guiding the way.
DeleteThe man and the dogs that were leading aren't off course, they are blocking the road to force the flock to go all the way to the other side.
ReplyDeleteHere in Vernal, Utah, a broadcaster new to this area warned the public that a flock of "EE-WEEs" was walking along Highway 40!
ReplyDeleteThat was many years ago, and folks still tell that story to this day and laugh.

You can see the border collies on each side keeping the flock going where they need to go. Very Cool
