And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Of course it's a photoshoot. They had to use a flash or a reflector to fill an otherwise dark shadow on her face below the hat brim. Who cares about that or her boots. She's a good looking woman. Cute pup too.
Looks to be either an Australian Shepherd, or English Shepherd, but probably a mix breed, though. Has an Aussie's snout and ears, to my eyes, but I lean toward a mix breed, which are healthier than pure breds, in my experience.
I would say Aussie, too. Looks like maybe some blue merle coloring. They are fine dogs - I have two mixes whose sire was a working Aussie cow dog. Supremely hyper-alert. Fine temperament and highly intelligent. My first experience with this breed and I think they're terrific dogs if you can let them run.
The fact that she's sitting in dirt and has her hand in the dirt says she's not your average spoiled, entitled, self-centered brat. Also, no visible tats or piercings. She might be the real deal.
The gal is definitely a looker, but the pup is the star. The gal's boots have little wear on them. Probably a photoshoot.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, why are looking at her boots? Might be new boots.
DeleteI can't seem to care about her boots...
Regarding her attire, all I can say is that she fills out a long pair of Wranglers pretty nicely.

DeleteOh, to be young again, CW.
ReplyDeleteAnyone know what kind of dog that is?

DeleteWithout any doubt, that is a Lucky Dog.
DeleteLooks to be a tall drink of water. Boy, am I thirsty...
ReplyDeleteTypical Border Collie. Looking around for critters to chase.
ReplyDeleteShe’s prettier than a new set of snow tires, but damn if she don’t need a few good helpings of biscuits & gravy.

ReplyDeleteI don't think those are cowgirl fingernails.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing I thought too, the bottoms of her boots are just way too clean for being in a stockyard. Otherwise a nice picture of a pretty girl.
ReplyDeleteLooks to be a real platinum blonde. Has the sun whitened color and the typical black eyebrows.
