And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I would want that window wall facing North. And the comments about H2O are right on the $$$$$$. When searching for property near Williams AZ, 12 or so years ago, we were told the cost of a well was about $400K. Even in North Scottsdale, many have water hauled in. Wonder how much THAT co$t$. Not to mention how you may need to treat same to assure purity......Having said that I live in MI's UP and we suck all our water out of Lake Superior. Not running out any time soon...
