Jaguar D-Type, Mille Miglia.

  1. 1950s Jags were so cool. The D-Type was so futuristic. The street cars (XK120 and XK140) were shaped like women with silk draped across a beautiful frame. The E-Type was the culmination of these designs, but that beauty was more lithe than supple as the earlier designs had been. Obviously I am in love...

    1. Me Rob, I'm thinking about taking a babe to the drive-in and trying to get some action I this. That's why I'd settle for my old 1962 Ford Sunliner with a bench seat.

  2. The shoulder harnesses were there to keep the bodies in place after the heads were ripped off or ground down.

  3. Sat in one of these once. It was kept in an open barn in Southern Oregon. The owner said he had a standing offer for it from a friend who knew of it's existence...$1.000.000...in 1992,
