Only cold brew is served in my house. Let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours, makes a thick syrupy concentrate. Pour about 1/4 cup into a cup and top off with water, microwave for 2 minutes...best coffee you will ever drink.
Presto makes an excellent electric percolator, 12 copper. Holds the coffee hot for a long time without burning it like those drip ones do (i.e. MrCoffees).
Ordered one 2 days ago for my wife, in case the power goes out.

ReplyDeleteRevere wear makes a nice pot. Do your homework on best dates. You can find them on Ebay.
