  1. We got one a few years ago and used it a lot. Hardly ever use it any more. It's made to do lots of food, volume wise, and there is just me and the wife, so it mostly just sits in a cabinet. The clean up effort doesn't warrant small batches.

  2. I eat hard boiled eggs as part of a low carb diet. Our Instant Pot produces HB eggs that are almost self peeling.

  3. 'Instant pot'.
That will hurt Colorado tax receipts.

  4. Yes. I am not a gadget person, and I balked when my husband wanted to get an instant pot. I told him I'd had a pressure cooker in my youth and never used it. Well, the modern electric version is a game changer. I'm very glad he insisted we get one. Not only is it easier to use and does not have to be watched, but there are a million delicious recipes. Never have tough pot roast again. Put ribs on the smoker for half an hour, then move into the instant pot for fall-off-the-bone tenderness. I cook my beans in the instant pot now, and they are wonderful.

  5. I was lucky enough to get Emeril Lagasse's Air Fryer/Pressure/Slow Cooker/Sous Vide all in one Combo before they sold out. I replaced 3 gadgets with this 1 item. I use it at least twice a week. Last night it was Air Fried Roasted Potatoes, tonight it's Pulled Pork using both Pressure and Slow Cook. Corn Beef takes 30-60 minutes depending on if it's frozen, then pull out the Beef and drop the potatoes and cabbage in for 15 minutes. Split Pea Soup is great in a Pressure cooker too

  6. I have an Instant Pot and a Ninja Foodie (instant pot and air fryer). I use the Ninja all the time.
