And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Super Bee or Road Runner?........I ordered a '69 Road Runner....both came with a 383 4 barrel, 4 on the floor with a Hurst dog leg shifter....The 426 hemi option was ridiculously cheap by today's standards, but was an increase of almost 30% on the price of the car, a pretty pricey option....I believe the price tag on mine was $2,900.00 and change....
My biggest mistake of car buying was buying a '70 Cuda in '69 and not waiting for the '70 Chevy's to come out. They came out late that year. I had money on a '69 Z28 but went for the Cuda cause it was a '70. Big mistake.
