  1. If you like pastrami, and who does not, here is a Youtube video to make Katz (New York) style pastrami using a pressure cooker. Follow the recipe and yes, use the amount of ground pepper that is recommended. Once you have the pastrami on good rye bread and with dark spicy mustard (not Yellow!!!!) you will not taste the ground pepper, And do not use Russian dressing.   4. The best thing about using them is the hard boiled eggs are practically self peeling.
