  2. I handled one of these last summer at Cabela's in Denver. It was a will made rifle, fit and finish was better than some custom rifles I've seen. I can kick myself for not buying it then and there.

  3. I have a Henry .22, but not the Golden Boy. It does have the octagon barrel. Quite a smooth action and is a tack driver.

    Just traded in to a Marlin 336 in .30-30, last week. It was manufactured in 1975, according to the serial #. I don't think its had more than a box of shells through it. I will remedy that quite soon. Just got a case of ammo for it delivered, yesterday.
