Which is of course expected behavior from extreme leftists. History teaches this lesson over and over again.
Their belief that the ends justify the means, that their political goals should be achieved "by any means necessary," is of course the fountainhead of this behavior.
Plus, should Bernie lose control over these extremists, as he very well could, their violent behavior could easily tarnish both his campaign in particular and the leftist movement in general.
To the Gulags with you!
Further, to some extent violence does work against those who don't believe it is a legitimate tool of political "persuasion." Success from violence encourages more of it. Normal people need to recognize this, and not flinch from responding with appropriate aggression towards those who would burn (heh, see the pun?) down society to get what they think that they want. One only needs to look to the Soviet Union, Cambodia, and Red China as examples of what the leftists/Communists/Bernie Bros are capable of.
Bloomberg campaign manager Kevin Sheekey said in a Friday statement that while they have no idea who did it, the vandalism "echoes language from the Sanders campaign and its supporters."
"We call on Bernie Sanders to immediately condemn these attacks and for his campaign to end the Trump-like rhetoric that is clearly encouraging his behaviors to engage in behavior that has no place in our politics," Shakey added.
Bernie will be lucky if his "revolution" isn't co-opted by his handlers, er, I mean followers and he ends up in a shallow ditch, if they get displeased with him. Ask Trotsky how it worked out for him when there was a power struggle among the Reds.
ReplyDeleteOnce the Reds takeover it becomes a slaughterhouse to keep the top job.
ReplyDeleteDoubt Comrade Bernie could hold it.
AOC is too young to be his VP running mate. Pity.
ReplyDeleteIt surprises me they knew how to spell the words correctly.
ReplyDeleteso if Bernie appoints AOC as VP...
ReplyDeleteand he croaks
and she appoints Hillary as her VP
how long would AOC have to get her affairs in order?
It's an interesting question though: Who could be Bernie's running mate?
ReplyDeleteExpect real chaos when the democrats hold their convention in Milwaukee
ReplyDeleteThey have chaos now, I think they need to go back and get a bigger word.
DeleteHmmm, I live on the outskirts of Knoxville, and I suspect this just MAY have been done by some local good old boys who are fed up with the likes of Bloomberg and Bernie both. Can't know for sure, but direct street justice is actually a thing around here.
