A White One

  1. Sank in 5 feet of water in Plymouth England on may 30 1986. I happened to fly the commander of MARCOM Canadian Armed Forces from Shearwater NS to NAS South Weymouth to fly the route to Halifax NS with Con Edwards and Bob Franks. I and a Sqn mate took off and caught the two PBY's half way to Halifax and barrel rolled around and played silly bugger with the two old birds, we were flying T-33s. After landing at Shearwater we welcomed the gang and much celebration followed, great times, great times.
