And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? A neighbor just bought a Hughes 500D helicopter. He built a helipad adjacent to his cabin/home/mansion. I have flown them in the past. I'm trying to con him into letting me take the cyclic and collective on his bird.
UGH...Kamans! Dual blades with a forward pitch. I seen an HH-43 take off a mans head, complete with helmet and scatter brains across the runway. Walking anywhere near the front of these things is scarry shit.
always approach fore and aft of fuselage centerline axis. coming in from the side will dent your head. it has a very robust gearbox. autorotation is fun. hell of a machine. also has a drone version that worked well in the sandbox...
