And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Bought my first (and only) Weber in '89, still in use. A little TLC and they'll obviously last for decades. TLC: Fresh coat of flat black heat paint and a little pressure washing of the inside is all it takes. Happy New Year!
The one pictured is the deluxe model. I've smoked a lot of pork, turkey & meatballs on the standard Weber, the only addition was the cooking grill with the fold up edges for putting more coals on when smoking all day.
I buy as many old Weber's as old guns. I don't use the freestanding one like this because I get Weber arm. That's when you reach under it to adjust the vent & your forearm hits the firebox. They are too short for me.
