Solid Steel

  1. Probably a paradox gun, a shotgun with rifling in the last few inches of the barrel to stabilize the bullet. Note the sight leaves on the rib that are folded down.

    1. Wow. I had never hoid of such a thing. How do those leaves work? Are they adjustable for elevation such as flipping the peep sights on other long guns? I notice the leaves appear to be different sizes.

  3. Back in the 70's Dad had a Holland and Holland 10 gauge double with the full brass shells. I shot it once when I was 16. After that I wanted no part of shooting that gun again.

  4. Nice antique but antique ammo should be emptied or properly disposed of, never fired.
