And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Full points for making it to the bottom before the face plant
Since my sidewalk splat incident with the Angel statue, that ended in the ER with stitches, I'm more careful. The whole getting older is supposed to mean getting wiser doesn't seem to hold true around here...
I had a boom-splat moment like that last week. Fortunately I only ended up with a sprained wrist and bruised ribs.
