I'm going to say 68 F-250.The reflector on the front fender was mandated in 68 I believe. The Ranger package was only available for the 100 and 250s and the eight lug makes it a 250.
That is the sort of barn find I'd flip over. They can keep the cars. I'll take any old truck of that vintage.
