  2. Hell, I had a new '70 Cuda with a 440 six-pack, 4 speed and a 4.10 rear that got 5 mpg around town.

    1. I had the '70 Cuda with the 4 barrel 4 speed 4.10 that got 8mpg local and 9mpg on the highway. Severe under-steer and when correcting oversteere the suspension sucked. If you left it running you could never fill it up.

  3. 440 magnum, 67 Dodge Coronet 500, cruising at 90 mph got me 6 mpg. Slowing down got me 8 mpg. That old girl would run but Lord you could actually see the gas gauge dropping.

    1. I had a '68 Dodge Coronet 4 door (Ex unmarked Alabama State Patrol car) with the 440magnum and a 6pack... and got 10 to 12 mpg if I kept my foot out of the engine compartment.

  4. 20 Gallons in about 4 SECONDS. Nitro Methane. They have TWO settings. ON and OFF. In an AA/top fuel. that is zero to + 300MPH in less than 4 seconds. If your safety equipment is defective, it will detach your retinas when you hit the chutes and blind you. + 8 to 10 G's both ways. I know a driver who was a Navy fighter pilot. He said it feels EXACTLY like ejecting with a MB Mk 7 seat. My brother built/raced them for years, until he broke his neck. He's lucky he can still walk.---Ray
