Oh yes

  1. I read somewhere that the 427 in those would melt your sneaker soles while driving. Definitely a driver's car.

  2. Had a friend that had one... And original. Not the fastest car I ever drove, but it got there right quick...might have been the quickest. Steering was as much gears and right foot as steering wheel.

  3. One similar to that may end up occupying garage space at the hovel at the White Wolf Mine.

    2. I can see it bursting out of the bat cave even now.

  4. Needs daily driving, like a dog needs a walk.
The wine rack is a nice touch.

  5. Having had the absolutely terrifying experience of driving one numerous times (a modern version nonetheless) I can honestly say that I can't imagine a quicker way to burn off excess calories. I'd conservatively estimate it to be about 1000 calories for every 5 - 10-minutes behind the wheel, regardless of how you're driving it.

Simply engaging the clutch is like doing a 300lb one-legged squat! And pray to God that you don't let it off to quickly, less you like doing 360's at 80+ MPH. Then you can "attempt" to shift it into 2nd gear, where the real excitement starts.
