Wilson Combat - 1911 X-TAC

  1. Things that need to GO in order to sell me one. The holes in the trigger, and the goofy ring hammer. All that meaningless crosshatching. All of that is just a place for rust to attack. I hate the grips too. The "beaver tail" is OK but I have never felt like it offered me any advantage over a "standard" 1911A1 grip safety. I'm on my umpteenth 1911 and what I carry is a stock USGI 1911A1 with a flat trigger housing. That handgun is possessed of a lot of "gimmick" to sell a pistol in a glutted market. --Ray

    1. Sadly, with firearms just like with vehicles "Bling" sells Ray.

  2. I wouldn't buy it, but I'd take it if you're offering.

    2. Ok, I'll pay you US$6.00 for the handgun. See, Bogsidebunny, I'm a philanthropist.
