The Texan and its "female" counterpart, the LaFemme, were models of the Dodge Royal Lancer series; the Texan was available in Texas and surrounding states, but the LaFemme was available nationwide. The Texan was black, gold and white, and the LaFemme was pink and white. Several options were unique to these two cars that were not available on the normal Royal cars. The Texan was available from 1955-1959
