And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Steve from Sidetrack Adventures (utube channel) visited Spain and went to the graveyard used in the film. The graveyard was purpose built for the movie and had no real residents. There are appx 5000 fake graves. Since then, the owners sell positions where you can place your name on a headstone. Neat place.
Hey, how did Scott Eastwood get in that photograph? Like father, like son.
And look at those boot, all lovingly scuffed up and "aged" by the costumers. But they forgot about the pants. My pants get faded and scuffed on the knees pretty quickly, these guys' pants look new.
Such a great photo of those guys. Awesome movie, got to see it as a little kid, one of the best, but For A Few Dollars More was excellent too. They all be great flicks, along with the John Waynes flicks, pretty lucky being a young BoyScout at the time, raised on a farm, hunt fish trap, raise critters, made a man out of me thats for certain, those movies truly fit into all that, those guys didn't have to act a whole lot cause they was real Men to start with.
The Good, the Ugly, the Bad?
ReplyDeleteWhich one is Arch Stanton?
