  3. An unfortunate pickled jalapeno. Go with fresh grilled! Worth it all day and twice on Sunday.

  4. Love the pepper taste, but its too hot for me. Last year grew some hot peppers bred without the high heat, they taste superb, one is a habanero, trying some others this year.

    1. I'm on my third year on a Chinese Five Color. Hot, but I smoked a batch of them in the Reqtec, chopped them up (very dry) and added them to a container of hot flakes. Now they really are hot flakes! Just excellent.

  5. I'm not into triple deckers with seeded jalapenos anymore but a single layer of that with a relleno skin would be outstanding.
