    1. About $10 today. That's a deal!

I've seen Johnny Cash twice, once with June. They put on a real good show.

    3. Concert tickets today are in the hundreds and I'm likely to never attend again.

    4. Can blame the ticket agencies with their bots scooping up tix and reselling them. Kid Rock had himself an Oval Office visit and Trump signed an order setting these scalpers straight. I hear ya on the prices!

  3. Yes, there were "Good ole days". You'd pay hundreds of dollars per ticket for a show like that today. Sudsy in NC

  4. I assume the Tennessee Three would be Mr. Rockabilly Carl Perkins from my home town of Jackson , Tennessee. Most humble and nicest man you would ever know. Rock On Mr. Blue Suede Shoes!

  7. Back in the Early 1960s, the lesser country stars toured together. Every Friday night, we had the WJQS Country Shindig in Jackson, MS. You'd have a star like Webb Pierce headlining with 10 other up and coming performers, like Waylon or Willie.
