I need a new rod for my heavy duty salt water rig an open faced Penn. I also need to replace line on the spool. Last fall something big hit it snapping the braid line, cracking the rod while taking off with my steel leader. It was an 80 lb braided line. I probably should replace the mono filament line on my light duty salt water rig as well. It is a Zebco 888 with 25 lb test on it.
