  1. I don’t think you want gentlemen doing this job

    1. Gentlemen is exactly who you WANT doing this job. You want men that will think before acting, men who can identify the appropriate course of action given the mission, situation, resources, etc.

Give all that gear to a bunch of hooligans and they will shoot anything that moves including each other.

    2. It is pretty obvious to me that you are either a non-veteran or perhaps an Air Force vet. A warrior must follow orders... period.

  2. I would want a 3 or 4 power optic on my M4. I could get by with a dot sight. When yer aging out, iron sights aren't the best option.

  3. My guess is Turkish Infantry or Special Forces, based upon camo pattern, M4 and markings on the Eurocopter in the background

  5. I always laugh at these. When I reported aboard my San Diego based Destroyer the XO had been ordering my division to use a vacuum to get every bit of dust out of the tie down clover leaves on the flight deck every day so the helo engines wouldn't get fod in them. He was monumentally challenged.

  8. Can anyone tell me a valid reason for those "gentlemen" to wear face masks?

    1. See all that shit flying around?

    2. That $hit flying around are leaves and grass. No need to wear a mask for that.

  9. You see leaves and grass but you don't see the sand and dirt particles. Get off on one of those choppers in the sand and you'll wish you had every bit of what they're wearing.

    1. I was on and off choppers several times in Vietnam with no face mask and certainly no crying to mommy that my mouth was full of sand and leaves.
