  2. I cut off the head and tail, put some butter in it, when it's done i just grab the top of the spine and rake the meat off with a fork, yum.. i want some

  3. Wrapping fish in foil is a great way to cook it, evens out the temps and keeps in the moisture.

  4. A crushed garlic clove with butter, dill, and lemon wedges in the cavity then dill sprigs and thin sliced lemon on the outside. That fish and some gouda cheese grits would make a great meal.
