And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My wife gave me one for Christmas about 10 years ago. I still have the standard plastic one my dad gave me when I was 4, 65 years ago and it still works.
I accidentally discovered ballistics with mine when I was 7 or 8. Turns out that BBs go farther when you tilt the barrel up. Who knew ? That lower right window on granddad's barn door suffered until my mom heard the glass tinkle, and she confiscated that BB gun...
Mildly dark humor is great, but only surpassed by actual and real dark humor. Bonus points for it being related to a Christmas classic movie.
