  2. Just pick up the carriage and step to the other side of the track. Train goes through, take your time to cross over.

    1. No real shoulder on the other side. To clear the train would require tossing the baby buggy into the waterway, looks like.

    2. The shadow suddenly clips in the space of a single frame. The person getting off the track moves at the same speed either side of the frame where the shadow clips.

      It's well composited, at least as far as the crappy definition goes. If I were to do this shot I would mount the camera on a tripod and shoot the rescue (safely) and then shoot a train going by. Actually, probably the other way round so the lighting matched and I'm not waiting ages for a train with changing light.

      A simple mask for the comp of the 2 shots and add the camera shake in post. It's about as basic an effect shot you can do.
