Mrs. CW discovered this in the garden yesterday. There's at least one baked squash dinner in October or November.

  1. I wouldn't get my hopes up to much. If it wasn't purposely planted, it is probably a seed from a random cross from what was planted last year. They don't normally yield anything of use.

    1. Could be. It was a volunteer from a seed thrown into the garden as mulch from a store bought squash. Still, the journey toward discovery is the fun.

  2. If it's sweet it's ok to eat, if bitter, then compost it
