And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Looks like they built a false wall and installed the tile. Then when they got to the bubblier the plumber hadn't shown up or they forgot to call one to move it; so they built around it. Sooner or later the guy writing the checks for that job must have seen it. That was an interesting conversation.
Sorry guys, that is intentional and is what I call "functional art". First, it is a hand wash basin, not a fountain - the style is common in S. America and other places. Second, look close at the service panel below it, two bolts allow you access to the plumbing when the tiled panel comes out. Someone had fun with it but still a bear to keep clean.
