  4. I have seen it at Ft. Rucker. It is not complex but a very simple design. The problem with them is power to weight ratio. Much like a Robinson R-22 today, it is built very.....light weight. With the twin rotor system it could not lift as well as the Bell 47H model. It was found to be not useful for Army purposes.

  7. If you upgrade the engine, you run into the problem of the drive system hp rating already maxed out. Upgrade that, and you start pushing weight limits again.
    Cute looking aircraft.
