Keep the fire hazard under control

  2. I have a weed tree that really needs trimming back. This might do the trick, I could rent something comparable from Home Depot for $67/day. Not sure purchasing one would be cost effective.

  3. I have the milwaukee one, weed eater and trim saw with 3' extension, works great

  4. Having run a couple of these, for anything more than occasional use I'd look for one with a loop style handle on the pole section. Much easier to handle/control.

  5. I have the Ryobi version and I'll tell you right now that motor on the far end gets downright heavy and difficult in just a few minutes of use at full extension. It tends to bounce around when the spinning blade touches the branch, AND it's hard to see exactly where you're cutting.
