    2. While you're debating dietary nonsense I'll be taking advantage of that liftable skirt.

  6. BTW, assuming this is Switzerland, it also means the hill she's sitting on conceals a bunker large enough for the whole town to shelter in, with supplies for six months. And that smaller hillock in the mid-distance is actually a pillbox, with both MG and AT coverage of the approach road, and a roof access point to use MANPADS.
    Because that's how they roll.

  7. My forebears left Thun in the 1750s for Upstate SC. Sometimes wish they hadn't.

  8. That small amount of food would be close to $50 (in US money). I thought Switzerland was breathtakingly beautiful but very, very expensive. And this was in 2010.

  9. They have 2-wheeled, motorized mowers with a naked (unshrouded) cutter bar out front that is about 4' wide (1.5 m?). They can mow amazingly steep slopes. Hay is hand raked, and often collected by private seilbahnen (open cable platforms or nets).

Looks like a tasty picnic - food too!
