  5. British Columbia..... that place is likely three or four million. Four and a half if they got rid of that stupid old Jag - those things were horrible for maintenance.

  6. That is a great way to build a house on a small lot. 1st story garage - allows underground utilities to be serviced from outside the house interior for much less mess and repairs.

  10. I hate to criticize such an attractive dwelling, yet the immediate proximity of such lush vegetation causes me to cringe at the scrubbing that must take place to expose the beauty of brick as that photo does.
