And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Lake house in BC. Helps to have that red Jaguar XJR parked in front.
British Columbia..... that place is likely three or four million. Four and a half if they got rid of that stupid old Jag - those things were horrible for maintenance.
That is a great way to build a house on a small lot. 1st story garage - allows underground utilities to be serviced from outside the house interior for much less mess and repairs.

I hate to criticize such an attractive dwelling, yet the immediate proximity of such lush vegetation causes me to cringe at the scrubbing that must take place to expose the beauty of brick as that photo does.
The biggest problem? Those Jags are rotboxes.
