And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Hire that guy as the CEO of United. He'd fit in nicely.
The character couldn't do any worse and either one of the actors could have done a hell of a lot better. A Coastguardman and Navy Aerial Gunnery Instructor.
Back in 2010, United was king of the skies. But then they bought the failing Continental, and put the Continental execs in charge. The service quality immediately and noticeably declined, and has continued to get even worse ever since.
