And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Can't figure out where this was from. License plate says, NSW CCC-13L. But the oval sticker says, "CZ". Would that be the Czech Republic (per Wikipedia)?
NSW is for New South Wales and I can't see a steering wheel on the left so I think this is in Australia and the driver is a Czech immigrant. I see quite a few CZ stickers around Ottawa, they are quite proud of their roots. Also I don't think Toyotas were sold on the other side of the iron curtain when this one was built. Al_in_Ottawa

A Toyota as old as that is probably highly collectible, far from being a junker. Having said that, not my cup of tea.
