And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
At least it has a com radio --when I was flying, I encountered too many of these "basic" planes without radios at busy fields where they were dangerous to others entering and leaving the landing pattern

Far too many pilots have replaced 'see and avoid' with 'hear and avoid'.

Still beautiful and completely airworthy after almost 80 years. Amazing.
A bit sparse on instruments. It is right in line with the Cessna 140 that I soloed 45 years ago.
