  3. There's one of these in the Cleveland (Ohio) museum of natural history. It's enormous, dark, and menacing - and scared the daylights out of me when I was a little boy.

  6. Those are moose paddles. I wonder if they DNA tested the remains and compared them to todays versions of moose and elk.

  7. CIncinnati Airport has some incredible fossils and various skellital displays also. Elk and moose are part of the deer family. The red deer or europe have tremendous antlers that look much like North American elk. I also would like to know the link on this moose/elk beast. Quite impressive.
