And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
wheel & tire are there, just pushed inward. You’ll see it if you zoom in. Yeah, Joe Pilot ran into this…means that engine was probably running and any loose bits from the van got swallowed.
Happened on Sept 8, 2016 at the Hong Kong Intl Airport. Hong Kong Dragon Airlines A330 was taxiing for takeoff on a flight to Penang, Malaysia. Mx van ran directly into the aircraft. 295 pax on board. No one hurt. Van driver had a headache.
Just a little surface damage. I'll buff out.
ReplyDeleteHas to be photoshopped. Where did the rear left tire go? How long has this event been unresolved?
ReplyDeleteIt seems the plane must have hit the van since it seems likely the van was immobile without that rear wheel.

ReplyDeleteNotice the tire marks along the concrete where the van was pushed…..
DeleteI suspect that both were moving. Notice the driver is still there? Lucky he wasn't one of the loose bits that got sucked in!
DeleteI want a little van like that, but not that one.
ReplyDeleteTruck parked in plane's blind spot.
ReplyDeleteIs this the newest version of "Enter the dragon"?
