And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I rented a similar one in Colorado and nobody on the street even had a carport. The slab in the bathroom would freeze up and going to work at 6 am wasn't pleasant.
Seriously... looks like the street I grew up on. Over the years the houses added additions, porches, landscaping, fences, and stuff... but that's what it looked like when I was a wee lad skipping across backyards.
If I lived in a place like that, I wouldn't even *consider* a house that didn't have an attached garage. Preferably one with a heated slab.
