And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
There is no AI involved whatsoever in this "example" in this rules driven game played by computer. Tic-tac-toe winning strategy is fixed, there is nothing for an AI system (or even a five year old) to learn that can improve it!
Except that it isn't AI. Real AI will never exist; nobody will fund its development. Real AI would be worthless to humans because it could not be exploited; humans would be unable to motivate it by any means.
