And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

The reason so many are in India is because they, at least, remain mostly open and (vaguely) accurate in their reporting.

Every city in China is so polluted they make even India look like a semiconductor fab clean room in comparison. There are parts of the industrial heartland (that journalists and foreigners are never allowed to see, and not just to hide the slave camps and genocide)) where the very air/water/soil are so toxic that 'the west' has nothing to compare (not even toxic waste dumps), yet millions are forced to live and work there 'for the good of the 'Party'. 'All' the top twenty (fifty/hundred) are in reality in China.
And the environmentalists, governments and international organisations know this, and conceal it ... and doesn't 'that' tell you all you need to know about them (and the WHO).
