And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

There are some mighty big and hot objects out there. Good thing they're far away.
I live in central North America and we can see Antares any night the skies are clear in the western sky. If you look off to the side of it you can see red and white light strobing off. Only 600 light years away.
Size matters. I'm glad I'm in the Antares catagory

DeleteI see things like this and I (again) realize the ending of the first "Men In Black" movie was farfetched but not that far...
ReplyDeleteLook at the moon tonight about 9pm, right above it you will see the big orange Jupiter.
