And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Very nice selections. Loved #13, never understood why Mercury decided to go with he luxury route with Cougars #23, nothing like those early 60's Chevy pick-em-ups
The kids riding on the tailgate of that pickup is a days gone by memory. Nice. I wonder if there are any trout in that stream that cowboy on horseback is riding through?
yep #8 riding on a tailgate was great. my buddies and i would spit on the road and count how many times it would skip. it's a wonder the old chain's on the tailgates didn't break and dump us in the road, ha. great times. never to be seen again.

#3 WOW what a burst of nostalgia! All the other pics are just "purty" to me...but that road up between the corn. YIKES, I've traversed "that" road many a time.

ReplyDeleteThere are few things prettier that a comely lass in a one piece.
ReplyDeleteBut she ain't coming off that paddleboard except to dry land, because that water temp is about 35° F. year around.

Thank you. I always just enlarged the screen.
Delete#11, I wonder if the hiker started bitching because the dogs were not on a leash?
ReplyDeleteI love the colors in #14, and sad the 3 little girls riding in the back of a pickup seems now to be a far gone age
ReplyDeleteEliminator for the win!
