    1. That's a fairly common offering in yakitori places in Japan. Also bacon wrapped enoki mushrooms, etc.

    1. Hmm. You know that looks kinda interesting. I've grilled asparagus many times but never thought of this. Let's see: Old cast iron skillet into the BBQ with asparagus and some butter to help saute & flavor. Going to try it!

  7. Too much charring for me, I like a little less carbon in my diet. Parboil the bacon & the asparagus a little before you wrap it & you want have to cook it to death.
