And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Another good example of how kids should spend their youth
Read a book sometime back about life in the Texas Hill Country and how in the mid 1800s how the Comanche's would kidnap the children of German settlers. When the children were recovered, if they had been captive more than a year, they would not assimilate back to white culture.

ReplyDeleteThe bow and her outfit look Mongol. The absolute best archers I have ever seen all came from Korea. Those people are incredible with bows.
