And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Sugar Pine. Best to wear a hardhat around them suckers. Sugar Pine cones get big enough (18") they could crack your skull if one nailed you from 80' up. If one does land near you there's a darned loud 'thud' when it lands.
These men made the best money of all the guys in the woods but I'll bet to a man they would have done the job for the same money as a whistle punk. They were the very early adrenaline junkies, from the day that no one knew what adrenaline was.

I've never climbed a tree for profit. I have clumb so many power poles in my life that I wonder if piece work would've been a better option
